Clear blasts and drum rolls
accompany the elegant evolutions of the Flag Wavers. Harmony and difficulty
merge as one to form a unique show, characterised by beautiful
choreographies, thrilling flag throwing and exchanges that never fail to
enthral the public. |
Usually the exhibitions are
held in the open air, with the performers marching onto the squares via the
public roads. This is accompanied by displays of ability by one or
more of the Flag Wavers – dependant on the room available. |
During the display (which
normally lasts about 30 minutes) the rhythm of the drums and blasts from the
clear compliment but also underline the different phases of the show,
transporting the audience on a magical and historical context, recreating an
evocative atmosphere of times long since passed. |
Costumes and flags of
valuable invoice and intricate workmanship add a touch elegance and artistry
to the parade,
and an excellent chromatic effect determined from the combination of the
heraldic colours of the
historic town of Piansano:
White, Red and Black. |

Main
Exhibition |
Shows
are usually opened with a short PARADE that is used to announce the presence
of the Group. |
The shows are very versatile
and can be adapted to suit many different situations. |
Each individual exhibition is
‘tailor made’ to suit its surrounding and is, therefore, choreographed and
planned prior to the event. |
Unfortunately, in the event of rain, the show must be abandoned in the
interests of safety. But, however, the show can be performed indoors
after some modification to accommodate the size of the venue. |
The most desirable arena for
the exhibition should be about 25m x 20m. |
In an area of this size we
we present an extremely spectacular exhibition, very treated in the
details...
...30 minutes "no-stop" where the choreography does it from owner, for a
surely different show from that of the "classic sbandieratori".
It sets to musicians and Flag-Wavers show to have a perfect coordination:
the understanding of much persons to perform the varied figure are the fruit
of a long and passionate work of team. |

Traditional Excercises |
| |
SINGLE Traditional |
It is the excercise with more
technician :
an alone flag-waver is transformed in a capable juggler that, thanks also to
the aid of the inferior limbs,
is able to keep 6 or 7 flags simultaneously in the air,
maintaining always a style and a bearing that show the large mastery that
has some tool in its more varied possibility of employment.
| |
COUPLE Traditional |
It is,
probably, the most complete and difficult exercise to perform: besides the
technical ability, in fact, should be born between the two flag-wavers a
perfect
harmony
and synchronisation
of movements and exchanges of flag. |
| |
SMALL TEAM |
It is an extremely spectacular exercise, performed from 4 or 6 flag-wavers
that moving itself in
synchronisation
outline
different figures in the space and the flags in series of throws exchange
more articulated and complex.
| |
LARGE TEAM |
For a lot represents the most attractive exercise... it is for definition
the exercise of greater spettacolarity, because full the square, for the
number of flags in motion, for the choreographies developed, but also
because it is characterized from the action combined of Musicians and
Flag-Wavers.

MUSICIANS |
The Musicians group is composed from Clear players and Drum
players.
Our Musicians, beyond to accompany the evolution of the flag-wavers, present
an exercise to if being done of music and choreographies studied in the
smaller details... a show in the show !
